Buy ALUMINUM SHEET cut to size and any quantity from Metal Supermarkets. Choose your grade, thickness, and then you will be asked for the dimensions of the cut in length and width.
6061 T6 : Excellent joining characteristics, good acceptance of applied coatings. Combines relatively high strength, good workability, and high resistance to corrosion; widely available.
3003 H14 : Its good weldability/formability and very good corrosion resistance lead to applications such as food and chemical handling, tanks, trim, litho sheet, pressure vessels, and piping.
5052 H32 : This alloy has good workability, very good corrosion resistance, high fatigue strength, weldability, and moderate strength.
