very friendly service, they have had everything I needed for my metal projects, and they will cut it to any length or size I need. If I order in the morning the products ready within a couple hours I’ll be to pick it up and they were even help load it up into my vehicle. I’m sorry I do not remember her name but she was very pleasant and helpful, she took my order, cut the piece and had it ready when I arrived. Also, I called once I arrived because I wasn’t sure about their COVID protocol and they brought the piece and receipt out to my truck. Overall, great service from beginning to end!! Highly recommend

I drove 2 hours, even with the travel cost, my materials were cheaper than going to my local metal supply. I will be buying materials here again. Hopefully after this mess is over. My company provides a full compliment of facilities services to many well-known national and local companies.
Stainless steel installations are one of the many services we provide. It is critical that our stainless steel projects are accurate, clean, comply with our customer’s specifications and are completed on a timely basis.
The owner and staff of Metal Supermarkets of Pittsburgh (North) are able to meet our needs. They are knowledgeable, listen and responsive.
Sometimes time is critical and we have a rush order. Fortunately, this only happens once in a blue moon, but when it does they stay positive and have had our orders ready and waiting for us to pick up.
There may be a day when one of our orders is so outlandish that a delay may occur, but that hasn’t occurred yet. If that day should occur, then I know they’ve exhausted all of there means. I can say this after experiencing their true diligence on our past and present project orders.
