Hice un pedido personalizado de unos perfiles de aluminio cortados con grandes agujeros perforados. Los agujeros no estaban perforados de manera uniforme. Les llamé a última hora de la tarde para quejarme y al día siguiente me entregaron unas piezas de repuesto perfectas. ¡Hoy en día es muy raro encontrar un servicio de atención al cliente tan bueno! A veces se cometen errores, pero me impresionó su reacción. Era un pedido de menos de 200 dólares. ¡Estos chicos se preocupan por todos sus clientes!
