Metal Supermarkets is a big company that very efficiently handled a very small order (two 32″ lengths of aluminum tubing of a very specific outside diameter). This was something that could NOT be bought on Amazon or any hardware store. Metals Supermarkets efficiency spanned from my initial inquiry, helpful discussions of availability, suggestion of trying a different grade, trying a different location, and the item being at the convenient location (Etobicoke) just when promised.
