The location on Bonhill however, those guys(and lady) need a serious attitude adjustment.

The people in the Etobicoke shop are amazing. Both Tom and Barb are super helpful and do an amazing job. I deal with them multiple times a week and they always are on point. The online sales on the other hand is brutal. Tom and Barb have put time into our business relationship, and when I need metal I talk with them.

Down to earth staff that works with your small quantity needs. When doing custom projects you appreciate having ability to sources for specific materials that you simply don’t find at them box outlets. And in the end, Metal Supermarkets offered me the better deal overall. I believe it’s been well over two decades since I have known of this company when I built up my Lab benches and they’re still around for supplies of metals. So I look forward to dropping in when I get future projects requiring their products.
