Mild Steel Tee Bar or A36 Tee Rail is made of low-carbon steel, A36, and shaped like the letter “T.” The “tee” shape consists of a flange (horizontal part) and a stem (vertical part), both of which provide good support and load-bearing capabilities.
Mild Steel Tee Bar Hot Rolled is a low carbon steel, typically containing about 0.05% to 0.25% carbon by weight. The tensile strength can range from 400–550 MPa (58,000–79,000 psi), and yield 235 MPa (34,000 psi).
