I was impressed with how easy and flexible the staff is to accommodate orders. My experience with other metal suppliers has been bad in the past. They act like you’ve got no business being there if you dont know exactly what you need before ordering. I’m not a welder and I only need to purchase metal stock every once in a while, its only a fraction of my job.

I was able to call ahead and describe what I was looking for and the sales rep. was able to make other suggestions that I didn’t even know existed! I worked out so much better. Also, when I arrived I had to use our van instead of a pickup and they were able to cut the stock in pieces so that it would fit while I waited.

Thank you for making metal stock procurement an easy process instead of some secret guarded mystery!

Telephone answering was not the best I was put on hold several times and transferred around the office but once I finally got a hold of somebody that was the person to talk to, and I kept going back to her to get what I needed. It did not take forever to get my order in, and my order was processed very quickly not only that I got the order delivered halfway to my house by the person who took my order it was only one piece weighed 20 some pounds but it was very convenient to not have to drive from Merritt Island to Melbourne to pick up one piece. I know where to go now when I need something metal

Me parece GENIAL que por fin haya una empresa de metales que te lo lleve a casa. Personalmente, creo que hay muchos más aficionados al bricolaje construyendo cosas en el garaje de su casa que talleres de fabricación. Es solo mi opinión. Así que me parece lógico que una empresa haga entregas a los aficionados al bricolaje.
A**o (una empresa de metales que no voy a nombrar, pero que quizá conozcas) se rió de mí cuando intenté pedir metal y que me lo entregaran en casa, y me dijo: «¡No podemos hacer entregas a domicilios particulares!». No lo entendí, ya que todos los días hay camiones con remolque en mi barrio. Y los precios de A**o son muy caros. No pretendo criticar a A**o, solo cuento mi experiencia con ellos.
¡Todo lo relacionado con mi transacción con Metal Supermarkets 5 estrellas! Los precios son estupendos, la gente con la que traté fue estupenda (tanto por teléfono como el repartidor), y recibí el metal a tiempo. ¡Recomiendo totalmente Metal Supermarkets! ¡Espero que todos los aficionados al bricolaje los utilicemos para que puedan seguir en el negocio!! ¡Gracias!!!
