Objetivo:

Responsable de procesar pedidos manteniendo el más alto nivel posible de servicio al cliente. Pasarás el día de pie, desplazándote entre nuestro mostrador de atención al cliente, la oficina y la tienda. Consultarás con profesionales del sector y aficionados al bricolaje, ayudándoles en lo que necesiten. Se requieren grandes habilidades para realizar múltiples tareas y atención al detalle.

Lo más importante es que aportes tus habilidades sociales para que los clientes se sientan bienvenidos y bien atendidos.

LAS RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES INCLUYEN:

• Cortar los pedidos de los clientes según sus especificaciones utilizando equipos de corte de metales, como sierras, cizallas hidráulicas, etc.
• Operar con seguridad la carretilla elevadora para mover material por el almacén.
• Recibir, identificar y almacenar los materiales entrantes, según sea necesario.
• Mantenimiento y control de inventario
• Ayudar en el mantenimiento adecuado de los equipos (sierras, carretillas elevadoras, etc.), garantizando la seguridad de todos ante todo.
• Asegúrese de que el almacén esté limpio, organizado y seguro en todo momento.
• Realizar otras tareas según se solicite.

REQUISITOS:

• Excelentes habilidades para la relación con los clientes.
• Capacidad para utilizar con precisión instrumentos de medición, por ejemplo: cinta métrica y calibres de dial.
• Físicamente capaz de levantar/mover con frecuencia productos metálicos que pesen entre 50 y 100 libras.
