Flash Welding

Flash welding is a resistance butt welding process in which the weld is produced over the entire abutting surface by pressure and heat; the heat is produced by electric arcs between the members being welded. It is a versatile process that generates high-quality welds and offers a highly efficient way to join complex steel, nickel, aluminum and titanium metals together.
