What You’ll Be Doing As An Assistant Manager:

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be assisting the manager in keeping all aspects of the store running smoothly, from sales, warehouse operations, to customer service. This is a hands-on role that leads from the front.

• Team Development – Support the manager in training, mentoring, and motivating warehouse and sales associates.
• Store Operations – Assist, lead, and grow everything from sales to processing metal orders, health and safety, keeping inventory accurate, peak operational efficiency, and organizing warehouse space.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction – Build relationships with customers from trade professionals to do-it-your-selfers, striving for top-notch service every time.
• Support Sales & Store Growth – Assist with purchasing, quoting, product sourcing, and inside sales.
• Maintain a Safe, Efficient Workplace – Help oversee equipment use and maintenance. Plan, enforce, and maintain all safety procedures and compliance.
• Problem-Solve & Adapt – Every day is different, and you’ll need to be quick on your feet to handle challenges.
