What You’ll Be Doing As A Store Manager:

As a Store Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the store running smoothly, from sales and warehouse operations to customer service. This is a hands-on role supporting all aspects of the store.

• Lead & Develop the Team – Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse and sales associates.
• Store Operations – Plan, lead, and grow everything from sales to processing metal orders, health and safety, keeping inventory accurate, peak operational efficiency, and organizing warehouse space.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction – Build relationships with customers from trade professionals to do-it-your-selfers, striving for top-notch service every time.
• Support Sales & Store Growth – Assist with purchasing, quoting, product sourcing, and inside and outside sales.
• Maintain a Safe, Efficient Workplace – Oversee equipment use and maintenance. Plan, enforce, and maintain all safety procedures and compliance.
• Problem-Solve & Adapt – Every day is different, and you’ll need to be quick on your feet to handle challenges.
