1. Fast service, I am never waiting very long to get the material I need for any given project. Even unique alloys of metals or odd sizes they can usually get fairly quickly. Being able to cut to size is a huge plus too.

2. Pricing is competitive. I have no idea if they are the cheapest or not but I never feel like I am getting ripped off.

3. Quality. I’ve never gotten damaged, rusty or otherwise unusable materials.

I was able to get long lengths of 1 1/2″ stainless steel tubing at a reasonable price. I used the tubing for railings. It is very difficult to get longer lengths (over 8′) of tubing because the shipping costs are very high and delivery times are long. Metal Supermarket solved this problem by having 20′ lengths of stainless steel tubing in stock. Great job!
