Overall I’m satisfied with Metal Supermarkets. I’m getting very good customer service from Craig. He’s usually one of the first vendors to respond to RFQ’s. I give a ‘B’ to delivery because sometimes I’ve had to wait for an order a little longer than I expected. The area that needs the most improvement is quality. Sometimes the material is dinged up or marred or the cut is crooked or inconsistent. Over the last year I’ve noticed a marked improvement in Metal Supermarkets customer service. Keep improving!

Metal Supermarkets is a great idea. I am retired but still doing handyman projects for self and others. I do not restrict my material selection to wood as most. I use cement products, plastics,
and “metals” because all have different properties of durability, strength, corrosion resistance,conductivity, and others. Materials selection is critical for performance and longevity.
