Quality of the metal at this location and cut accuracy not as good as others. They tell me they can’t get it any better and it’s within specification. When I have had metal sent to me from the Richmond location and we specify it to be a cosmetic piece it comes out perfect and the correct shape. Was a bit of a pain creating an account so we can use P.O.’s. We already had an account with metal supermarkets in another province and had to jump through the same hoops to get to the Edmonton location added.

Overall they are really good, very responsive and quick but those are my only 2 complaints where it can be improved.
