I liked the fact that I was able to speak to someone in the office as opposed to a call center. The lady at the front was very friendly as well as helpful, (being friendly and personable is rare into day’s world)

What I didn’t like, was James told me my metal would be cut and ready on Monday. I arrived on Wednesday (coming from Huffman) to be told my metal wasn’t ready (had to be cut). I was then advised that the guy that cuts the metal was on lunch break and it would be an hour before my metal would be ready. I came back on Thursday (from Huffman) to pick up the metal.

I was very frustrated to say the least considering that Huffman is a drive to where you are located but I do understand that mistakes happen.
