Wow, great service! I called the Jacksonville branch and placed an order over the phone. I was in a hurry and didn’t want to stop, but I was on that side of town… I told the wonderful lady on the phone that I would be there in 15 minutes and can I please pay for my order. She said “certainly”. I asked that if I added 20 foot long L channel is there anyway to cut them in the next few minutes. She said they could. I was very skeptical as now I was only 10 minutes away. I put the over/ under that I would be there an hour. I arrived and she had me sign the invoice and asked me to drive around back. I did so and as I was getting out of my truck to give the warehouse crew the pick ticket a guy already walks out of the bay, with my order, and helps load my truck. I was there about three minutes. Fantastic!!!!!

I’m a metal hobbyist. Before metal supermarkets opened in Jacksonville my options were very limited as to where I could buy my metal. Most metal yards in Jacksonville have a yard minimum ranging from $100 to $200, leaving only scrap yards and retail box stores.

At Metal Supermarket, I can buy anything from the smallest piece of scrap sold by the pound, all the way up to load-bearing I beams for a hydraulic press.

Their cutting and bending services, mean that I do not have to spend money on tools that I may use only once or twice a year.

Definitely my go-to metal supplier.
