An example of your customer service: we purchased three small pieces of metal. When we go them home, I realized I had miss measured. I returned to your store expecting to buy three new pieces, which wouldn’t have been a problem. Instead, the owner and an employee figured out how to trim the original pieces. No charge. Brought them back home and they were perfect.
