1) Have sample pieces of what you stock in the salespoint room or a separate adjacent room would be a huge improvement. Walking out into the shop to see choices in the dim light, with equipment moving around and noise…is dumb.
2) Otherwise you provided me with a valuable resource when I finally got referred to you by the third supplier I had called. I had no idea that your business existed, and it was not easy to locate a business like yours serving retail customers. Some sort of advertising would likely expand your volume significantly.
3) I don’t know your business, but I felt you probably made a good margin on my purchase while the price wasn’t so high that I got miffed.

Marketplace repaired a tubular oven part for the kitchen range I paid $6,000 for almost 20 years ago. The stove repairman said since replacement parts were no longer available I’d have to buy a new stove. Marketplace came up with a custom repair for a fraction of the cost of a replacement stove and had the part fixed within 24 hours. The staff is excellent and a pleasure to do business with.
