The metal was marked with requested dimensions, but was actually 1/2 inch short width wise (9.0 inches wide instead of 9.6 as marked). This error didn’t really cause a problem and was not the to fault of the sales person. I will be back.

I have no previous experience with ordering metal products and wanted to add an under skin to my pontoon boat using aluminum sheet metal. Staff and even the manager went out of their way to make sure I was measuring things right, using the right material for saltwater, and provided installation recommendations. I plan to add lifting strakes to the Pontoon tubes and I am definitely going to be a return customer. They have already helped me determine size, angle, thickness etc, and even provided contact information for a local welder. Cannot say enough good things about my experience.

Thought your product and service was great. We checked with employee on recommendations for glue to use. We were gluing wood to back of aluminum to stabilize it and to hang on wall. Suggestion was liquid nails. We used liquid nails but it actually did not work, we ended up using gorilla glue and it worked. It’s been a learning experience for us, not sure why liquid nails didn’t work. I’m sure I’ll be buying more sheets of aluminum from you in the future. Thanks.

I have used Metal Supermarket in Canada for years and have always been pleased with their service. Here in Florida our carport was destroyed by Hurricane Ian. I knew that the normal suppliers of carports would not have supplies and I checked to see if there were any Metal Supermarket’s close by. I called and had all the materials cut to size and delivered to me in three days. The cuts were all very accurate and I was very pleased with customer service delivery and pricing.

I had been trying to get some carport ( Bertha 3″ high crown, x 12″ wide ) aluminum roof panels ordered for almost a month thru Home depot, and Lowes, with absolutely no success, and once I contacted Sarasota Metal Supermarkets, I was able to talk to someone who knew what I needed, and could custom order the roof panels, that I gave my description of. Then on top of all of that, they were able to give me a realistic delivery date of just 7-10 days. They called the day they were delivering the materials, and were right on schedule, which was huge, since we drove down from Wisconsin to install the panels ourselves. I would highly recommend their services.
