They know my name. That’s important to me, I’m a nobody but when I order, they call me by my first name and they are friendly. They joke around. It’s good customer service. While still being professional.
They aren’t afraid to call and tell you your material is ready, arrived, cut or whatever. They keep you updated. We aren’t around the corner and we need to sometimes plan a pickup schedule. I don’t want to have to chase them to find out that information. I wish there was a location in Lindsay. Be a big bonus. To me anyway.
All in all it’s a great source and solution for me and I’m damn glad it’s available and I have access to it. Thanks.

The only problem is when we ask for a quote that requires some digging on your end and if it does not materialize in purchase order I had the complaints from salesmen when asked for something else – he asked me if I am sure I am ordering that because it will take some work to get the quote. Roger made this purchase a breeze, he is such professional, friendly and knowledgeable that I was able to have my order placed immediately on the phone and had everything ready for pickup the following day, meanwhile this exact order would’ve cost me alot more at other shops and would have to wait aweek to be able to get my items. Doing business with metal supermarket is a no-brainer if you value your time and money.
