I went to the metal super market in O’Fallon IL a couple weeks ago looking for some rectangular square tubing for a dube buggy project. They didn’t have what I needed, but the amount of help I got was nothing short of fantastic. I was helped by Daisy Sanders and she not only showed me around, but also helped me brainstorm my issue from a different angle to get my project done. She also informed me of various kinds of metal i could use that would be stronger than the original parts had. Once I made a decision, she got my parts measured and cut in the blink of an eye. Usually I get my metal at home depot and spend a lot of time there thinking how I will tackle a road block, but after the experience I had there I found out what it was like to be spoiled by an extremely helpful staff that actually wanted help, instead of just walking around looking busy. Last, and most certainly not least, the pricing was WAAAYYY cheaper than at home depot. I’m not shopping for metal anywhere else again unless it’s at the metal super market in O’Fallon/St. Louis. Thank you, Daisy, as well as the rest of the team for making an awesome first experience.
