I shouldn’t have to arrange my own shipping. I deal with 25 to 30 distributors and every one of them gets a freight cost for me, arranges the pickup and delivery, and prepays and charges the cost on my invoice. My business is on the Sunshine Coast so it’s very convenient to have this done for us. I’m not in the shipping business.

NewPort Dry Deck does not use a lot of metal, bits and pieces for aluminum railings, the odd post etc. I am not a metal expert I know the basics. When I ask questions that I am sure prove my lack of expertise I given answers and explanations without judgement.
I am also helped to make sure my purchase makes sense for the job I am doing. The front counter has visual aids to help understand the the thickness of the item ordered.
