The only thing to improve is I wish their shipping would call the courier. Theu ask me to call, which is ok – they give me the weight – but I’m guessing as to how it is packaged and it creates awkward situation with the courier when I have to call back to correct.

I buy from from larger steel suppliers such as Fasteel and Marion keystone. Your rates are roughly 2x theirs. I think that if you guys were to mark it up 1.5-1.8x your pricing would be far more attractive to smaller shops such as mine and your busy enough that you’d still make good margins on your sales
