But it has so many pluses that it works out fantastic for me. Many times the remnants rack has what I need and if I do order something specific, it’s cut and ready same day or next day.

The two office pros at Richmond, Lindsay and Chase are simply put great people. You could not ask for better people to work with customers.

I’m sorry, I don’t know all their names, but they guys in the back are equally talented, courteous and prompt.

When I bought from BMG metals, I had to take 20 foot lengths, precariously transport them off-site to cut them to fit my vehicle. Not worth my time, money or extra driving distance.

You’ve got a great team in Richmond, give them a raise to keep them.

I sent an email on a Sunday afternoon, before 9:00 am on Monday I had a quote. I sent an acknowledgement, requested that they fill the order and payed for it on line. I was told it would be ready the same day but I was unable to pick up that day. Monday afternoon a “stay at home” order was issued by our governor. Went by on Tue morning and there were instructions on the door to call a number for ordering or pickup. In less than 5 min my order was on the truck. I don’t think you could ask for better service

one one of my quote your pricing was completely out of line . it was a 17″ round of 1/2″ hot rolled steel. You wanted over $300 for it. I got it direct from BMG for $80. I prefer working with you for a lot of reasons, but that was a huge swing.

Always have what I want / need

Recommend when making multiple cuts for the same lengths, make sure the first cut is exact then use it for template for the remainder of cuts. My last order varies in length from shortest to longest by 3/8”. I had to recut most of the 24ea of 25ea to match the shortest cut. Was very time consuming and frustrating but I do like shopping there because of the people / employees being so friendly
