Everyone was very friendly and helpful however I was never contacted that my order was ready. Originally I had been quoted a week for my items, after 2 weeks and not hearing anything I called in to find out the status only to find out it had not been started, the person on the phone was extremely apologetic and said it was a miscommunication/misunderstanding on thier end and that they would have it finished by Wednesday. They assured me I would receive a call when it was ready. Today is Friday and I hadn’t heard anything so I called back. The items were ready for pickup.

As a woman, I unfortunately experience that many hardware-esque stores I go to, I am talked down to when I ask questions or treated as if I don’t know what I’m doing when I ask for specific products. I was pleasantly surprised that that was not at all my experience at Metal Supermarket! All of the staff were very kind and I never once felt uncomfortable or unheard through my multiple interactions with them. Not only that, but they were able to find me the product I needed at a fantastic price and I ended up spending way less money than I originally expected for a much better product. Thank you so much Metal Supermarkets! I will definitely be back when I need supplies for another project.
