Hire additional store workers. I appreciate the pricing/availability/cutting options, but it can be extremely frustrating standing for 10-15 minutes waiting to catch someone’s attention when going to store location to pick up items. I fully see that the employees are busy but I also have limited time to wait (especially when only needing to pick up pre paid items). I believe this is a case of Metal Supermarkets being a victim of your own success, but being served quicker would make a huge improvement to the buying experience. Thank you.

reduce the wait time when picking up product, here’s two simple suggestions.

1) Get rid of the front counter, set up a counter in the back near the material, it seems once the guys come up front they take there time getting back to the shop to actually get what you came for. METAL…

2) Simplify the computer program, it takes the guy over 5 minutes to process a simple order for 1 or 2 pieces of steel. He shouldn’t be spending more time on computer, than he does cutting it.
