Metal Supermarkets Opens Newest Store in San Diego, California

Second Store in California and 100th Location of Premier Metal Supply Franchise

San Diego, CA – (October 2, 2020) — Metal Supermarkets, the world’s largest supplier of small-quantity metals, will open its 100th store at 1520 Corporate Center Drive in San Diego on Monday, October 5. Metal Supermarkets San Diego (South) offers customers instant access to any metal, cut to size and ready fast, with no minimum order quantity.

In addition to this being Metal Supermarkets’ landmark 100th store, the San Diego location will be the 69th store in the United States, and the second in California. Metal Supermarkets also has 24 stores in Canada and seven in the United Kingdom.

The new store will be owned by Maria & Ricky Montalvo, who was born and raised in the San Diego area and has a professional accounting background in a family-owned machine shop.
