Mild Steel Round Bar Cold Rolled 1215 is a round shaped bar of cold rolled 1215 Mild Steel. Mild Steel 1215 machines well and can also be referred to as “screw stock” as it is commonly used for screw machine operations. It has a bright and smooth finish and close finish tolerances. Due to added sulphur and phosphorus, the grade has excellent machinability.
1215 is not recommended for welding and can withstand minor bending without cracking.
