Shipping Policy

Online Order Pickup

Online order pickup is available from Metal Supermarkets stores. An email notice will be sent to the Buyer to let the Buyer know that their order is ready for pickup at the selected Metal Supermarkets location. Note, additional cuts to material are not available once an order has been processed.

UPS

The Buyer, almost exclusively, uses UPS (specifically UPS Ground) for shipping. Depending on the size and lengths of a Buyer’s order, the Seller may split the shipment into separate packages to make sure each item is properly secured and protected.

The maximum UPS shipping sizes are:

• Max weight – 150 lbs (68 kg)
• Max length on long pieces – 107″
• Max size of flat pieces – 36″ x 48″ Use of Buyer’s UPS Account:

At this time, the Seller does not provide a means for the Buyer to use their own UPS account.

Delivery

When the Buyer initiates its order, they may indicate that they seek delivery of the Materials from a selected Metal Supermarkets store. Subject to determining that the Buyer is situated within the delivery area of the selected Metal Supermarkets store and payment of any required fees charged, the Material will be delivered in a timely fashion once the Materials are received at the store.
