I discussed with her that these 2 pieces of metal would be coping for a skateboard mini ramp for our ministry. She loved the story, our t shirts, stickers and videos of us sponsoring kids with their very own skateboards that they couldn’t afford. Lisa gave us a solid discount and you could just simply see how genuine she was. List the typical sizes you keep in stock so that you know what costs more due to having to order and cut. Include sizes that the metals come in to the store. Metal is expensive and making it easier to choose what to purchase lies on knowing what will break the bank. Example is if i select i wanted a 36” piece of something it could say 70$ but if i choose a 38” piece of exact same stuff it could drop in price to 55$ because im guessing the piece doesnt have to be cut as it comes to the store in 38”…. That info is an unknown to customers

I order allot and they make every piece a priority, it’s so great to be able to get a section of product cut exactly how you need it, without having to beg or wait a month. I work in restaurant repairs, with that, the ability to get clean brushed stainless steel sheets or dimensional cut and manipulated; serves as to reduce the down time when working on a piece of equipment.
