I called about getting a specific type of metal and having it cut. When I decide to get it the same day, the ladies took care of me quickly. From the time I paid for it and then the other lady cut it in the back, I was out in about 15 minutes. However, that was only because the lady in the back had to complete another order first. Very friendly and helpful counter lady and the product fit exactly as I requested it be cut, nice job ladies!

Being in Newport News, which has Newport shipyards, were most people don’t get off work until 4pm it makes it difficult to make it to your store before it closes. It would be great if you were open on Saturdays at least from maybe 8am- Noon.

They were closed for lunch. I had to do some local shopping and return to buy my sheet of metal.

They were very polite.

Looks like they are understaffed. They were unable to cut a sheet of metal for me. They sauce they could get it cut elsewhere and I could pick it up on a different date.

They did not seem to be very knowledgeable about the products that they had for sale..

I prefer to shop the Hampton location.

Newport News needs someone to get the store squared away….
