Known worldwide as The Convenience Stores for Metal, we are a B2B brand with over 125 brick-and-mortar stores across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We have been providing businesses and consumers with quality customer service and products since 1985. Our company is experiencing strong growth, and to support that growth we need to expand our team.
Objectives
The main objective of the Customer Service Representative is to service the needs of the customer base that contacts us by telephone, fax, e-mail or as walk-in business. This individual is expected to be aware of and support all goals relating to sales plans and costs and to conduct him/herself in a professional manner conducive to generating a team attitude toward maintaining effective customer relationships.
